Outstanding service from concept to completion. Followed our design to the finest details and kept in touch from Day 1. Detailed site survey carried out by Mark and itemised quote. Groundworks from Matt & his crew was fantastic and given the hot temperatures, I’m surprised they didn’t pass out!
After the ground prep was done with superb precision, along came the power wash chap, he took pride in his job and didn’t cut any corners. Next to arrive was the resin team, again a hot day but they got on with the job and didn’t moan (much lol). We had a unique design in the centre of our patio and I was worried it may not turn out well, how wrong was I? Couldn’t be any happier with the end result. I nearly forgot, they also laid a new artificial lawn for us which feels like the finest Axminster carpet, the dogs love it!
One of the owners Andy paid a visit on the last day (once the hard work was done lol) and his lads were just doing the finishing touches, he rang the next day as well to ensure we were happy. We aren’t just happy, we’re delighted and can’t stop looking at the end result.
