Superb service, amazing result with resin drive and path
It’s always risky when choosing contractors for a major (costly) job without a personal recommendation and following the usual enquiries and research over the internet we hoped that we had made the correct decision when instructing The Yorkshire Resin Co to resurface our drive and pathways. As things turned out we could not have hoped to have made a better decision. The website is easy and clear to follow. Starting with a visit to arrange a free estimate, the ground crew arriving to prepare the ground, the resin laying and through to payment for a job very well done the whole process was smooth and exactly as described on the video featured on the company’s website. Any queries we had were answered promptly and politely throughout the process and the men who carried out the work were superb to a man, offering advice and checking regularly that they were carrying out our wishes to the letter. Amazing ambassadors for the company. It would have been possible to resurface our drive for less money but (and this is based on friends and neighbours having bad experiences for similar work) I’m absolutely convinced that the final result (and process) wouldn’t have been in any way comparable by a long long way. If you’re looking for a company that you can trust to complete the job to match the promises on their website then I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Yorkshire Resin Company to meet all your expectations, they surpassed ours.
