- Issue:Badly laid resin bonded system laid over an unprimed surface.
- Outcome:Circles in the resin are from the upturned tubs being left upside down on the surface to allow all the resin to run out from the tubs, so there is no waste.
Resin bonded is a two part system. There is a resin A body and a B resin hardener. The part B is poured in to the part A and mixed with a paddle mixer before being poured and squeegeed over the prepared surface. The problem with upturning the tubs is that the part A resin around the edges of the tub does not totally mix with the part B, so will not harden as it should!
