Issue:Technical issue- inadequate sub base, badly prepared, wrong resin for stone choice.
Outcome:Outcome- this drive way has been down 6 months and the car has worn the resin bound away down to the concrete installed underneath. The whole driveway needs to be pulled out and to be done again from scratch.
The company that did this job are a real menace to our industry and we are seeing this a lot around the York area.
When choosing an installer it is important to do research into the specifications and materials company’s are using.
This unfortunate customer is having to shell out twice for the same job because the company they trusted to do the work will not honour their guarantee.
