Our first Horror Story is this badly raid resin from a property of Golcar, Huddersfield.

This leading national company gave us a perfect example of a terrible preparation job – which would lead to the resin failing within 2 years.

Luckily the customer quickly realised that the company in question were doing a poor job and stopped the work before completion.

The Worst We Have Ever Seen!

This driveway in Meanwood, Leeds was installed by a local builder trying his hand at resin bound surfacing.

Due to the lack of experience, the resin was very badly prepared – just 1-2 inches of concrete smeared over mud.

Once again, the customer realised that something was very wrong and halted production before the disaster of a job was completed!

Wilberfoss Woe

Yet again we have another horror story about a driveway installed by an inexperienced company.

This installation has an inadequate sub-base,as well as being badly prepared and has the wrong resin for stone choice.

This resulted in the car wearing down the resin within the first 6 months, and the customer having to shell out for a new driveway.

Wronged in Wetherby

When choosing an installer it is important to do research into the specifications and materials companies are using.

This Horror story from Wetherby was halted when the customer realised that their chosen company seemed way off the mark upon installation.

The sub-base was incorrect, as well as bad preparation, poor choice of materials and terrible installation.

Awful in Ossett

This recent horror story comes from a driveway in Ossett, Horbury.

Costing a whopping 15k, this installation features cheap imitation resin, combined with wrong ratio and wrong type of aggregate, laid over a badly prepared existing sub-base.

To rectify this mess, which failed in a short period of time, the cost would cost a further 20k to properly install.
